The wifey and I sat down and finally watched a flick from the Marvel universe and I have to say this was an average second instalment of the Venom series.
The plot was slim and just an excuse for over the top action.

The small plot in this movie is about a serial killer and Venom Tom Hardy’s alter ego getting into a war to stop Carnage from destroying the city and continuing the serial killing.
However Kasady main motive is to reunite with his love by any means possible.
There is a lot of special features in this movie all you are basically watching is CGI all the time.

Michelle Williams is in this movie and plays the long lost love of Eddie Brock Venom and the movie love interest however if you want to watch this movie because of a romantic love story. I am sorry this is nothing but an action flick for 90mins thank goodness it was not 2 hours long.

The problem with this movie is that from the get-go you know that the good guy Eddie and Venom are going to win, the question is how are they winning and how long will it take to win.
This is a Marvel movie and probably the only one in the new versions of the Marvel movies that you can watch while playing mobile games on your phone.
Out of all the Marvel movies I would have to say this is not suitable for the younger kids maybe 13 and above.
I also would say it’s a part of a Marvel movie that if you missed you would have not missed much. I hope they can connect it to the universe somehow?
Lots of violence and as a fan of Marvel this is mandatory watching but I feel does not have rewatch value.
You can watch Venom the first part and you would not lose anything by missing this.
