A Kindhearted Christmas is a movie that you can find on Netflix and well it’s a movie that is not on the Hallmark channel but tries to give you that good vibe Christmas hallmark movie feels and it does for the most part as you do not even feel like anything is bad going to happen and I for the most part only wanted to watch this during the Christmas period but never got around to it and it became a new year movie.
For the most part, this got added to my Netflix list as it has Jennie Garth in the movie playing a young widow that is the owner of a local tour company that takes tourists around town and shows them the sites. Jennie pays Jamie Monroe and really this movie is different from the Kelly Character she is known for playing Kelly in the Original Beverly Hills 90210 tv series which was awesome back in the day. Jamie Monroe is far from Kelly Taylor’s character however I would have liked some change in character showing more than concern on her face and fake smiles even the kiss at the end of the movie was what I felt forced they were better off with a pec on the cheek.
The good thing about this movie is that it went for less than 90mins long and it was typical there was a secret Santa in the whole movie that was the whole premise of the movie and you knew who it was before it comes out.
This is nothing more than your normal family-friendly feel-good Christmas movie that you can watch with the whole family without affecting anyone except 90s nostalgia.
It was good to see Jennie in something new although it was light I would like to see this as the first step back into acting in movies again even if she goes into the feel-good movie genre that is the hallmark type of movies. Would it not be awesome if Jason Priestly direct her in a movie that they can be in together? just a thought?
If you give it a miss no bother but if you watch it you will watch something new and different but nothing to write about unless you’re a movie nerd like me.
