Ample Blaze earlier this year had to make a change to one of the software applications that we used to assist our Ample Blaze clients.
We used TeamViewer in the past and it was and still is one of the best remote applications for IT services to use.
However as we all in recent times have had to deal with the cost of living pressures we at Ample Blaze have been on the look for alternative remote software that can do the same thing and give both Ample Blaze technicians and our clients the same level of service as we had with TeamViewer.
After a vast search, we have found a remote software that is the new software application that we advise our Ample Blaze clients to download and install on their computers so that we can continue to support your IT needs moving forward.
We now use a program called Anyviewer. Anyviewer will give Ample Blaze and you our clients the best and continue our excellent service for you our clients and I forgot to mention there is no cost for you our clients to download and install the Anyviewer software application.
We also have found a special easter egg when you use Microsoft Windows 10 or Microsoft Windows 11. Microsoft has added an inbuilt remote software called Quick Assist and we have also included a “How To” video for that free program as well. The difference with that program is that Ample Blaze can assist you with remote control but if we needed to install software with admin privileges this software will not work the same way and we will not see the admin install prompts.
Also, we would not be able to transfer files if requires to your computer. This is why we recommend downloading and installing Anyviewer.
