Hi Blazers,
I know it’s been a while since I last posted. There has been a lot happening since my last post and now. There is a new podcast I will have to start soon and will do this near the end of March it would have been the reason the Ample Blaze flame would have been put out but did not occur.
After this, we recently had a change that Zendesk pushed out to the organizations that are using Zendesk and it was a small but significant change in the way Zendesk and your domain provider speak together in regards to how three parts work hand in hand:

- Zendesk
- Domain provider
- Email administration
I managed to fix the overall issue I had with my SSO (Single Sign On) settings and it included but was not because of this Zendesk Assumption Access. I found this to be a cool feature Zendesk has and it was quite easy to enable when required I thought it best to have as one of our Ample Blaze how-to video tutorials.
