Recently I had the opportunity to purchase a new gadget that will help with charging your devices mainly phones both types of phones Andriod and IOS (Apple)
Why did I buy this device?
As some of you may know I have a young family and when you have 2 kids under the age of five and an overactive nearly two-year-old who likes to touch everything and play with everything I thought it was time to think of a solution that would fix the problem of my young son playing with my fast USB charging cables.
The Problem my son caused was that he would pull the cable try and plug it in any other hole in the wall he would find and then you would have a damaged USB head and or it would still work but all of a sudden it is not a fast charging cable anymore.
I found the Wireless Charging Pad, JE Make IT Simple Qi-Certified Wireless Charging Station, Wireless Charging Mat Multiple Devices Compatible with iPhone 12 Mini Pro Max, Galaxy Series & All Qi-Enabled Phones on Amazon and it looked like it was going to do the trick and solve my charging solutions.
Product Challenges
The biggest first-world problem that I faced after this product came from Germany was the fact you will see in the video review above that you would think when you purchase a product that is electrical from Amazon and from another company that you would think that they would realize that they need to provide the customer with the correct electricity plug for the destination country in this case Australia.
I did not get the correct Australian Plug so you will see that I use an International adaptor to get around it for the video.
The proper solution for this will be for me to go and get the same voltage plug from an Aussie shop that can be plugged into the wireless charging station.
The positive is that it’s the same 240V so I do not have to worry about a USA product.
Conclusion
This does work for you and your wireless needs it is universal as mentioned for both Android and IOS devices so you do not have to get the same brand and pay extra because it has to be branded one size fits all.
It is affordable for anyone that wants to try this new wireless technology and it would not break the bank. I paid less than A$82 which included shipping.
